As a Sales & Marketing Intern for ROCS Grad Staffing, I spent the summer of 2019 with two primary responsibilities. First, there was client acquisition: I reached out to other DC-area companies via phone and email in order to create and maintain solid professional relationships. Then, I spent the latter half of the summer working on new and updated copywriting for the main ROCS website, as well as internal ROCS promotional materials (such as our email flyer and message templates). I was fortunate enough to collaborate with the founders of ROCS to integrate a consistent brand story and tone into the copy. I then analyzed and prepared suggestions for the website SEO.
